Democrats spiral in primary chaos

Democrats are spiraling out of control as a wave of radical Zohran Mamdani-minion challengers are dragging their most important primaries to the left, forcing candidates to defend toxic positions like defunding the police and abolishing ICE.

Now Democrats are admitting this agenda could cost them must-win races.

And the panic runs even deeper. Recent reporting shows Democrats, including DCCC Chair Suzan DelBene, fuming that the surge in incumbent primaries has become an “expensive headache,” draining money and resources from swing seats they cannot afford to lose.
