In case you missed it, under pressure, out of touch, vulnerable Democrat Marie Gluesenkamp Perez caved to the radical left, attacking ICE and law enforcement once radical activists demanded it.

Under pressure from left-wing activists, Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (D-WA) is again drawing scrutiny for siding against immigration enforcement and law enforcement priorities, despite her carefully cultivated image as a moderate.

The southwest Washington Democrat recently joined attacks on U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, a move Republicans say reflects long-standing agreement with progressive activists rather than centrist voters.

Gluesenkamp Perez previously embraced a far-left anti-police group that helped funnel hundreds of thousands of dollars into her reelection effort, according to reporting from the Washington Free Beacon. In Congress, she reinforced that alignment by voting against a $170 billion package aimed at enforcing immigration law and deporting criminal illegal immigrants, as shown in official House records.

With her seat considered one of the most competitive in the country, Republicans say the episode undercuts claims that Gluesenkamp Perez is moderate at all.
