Democrat Civil War in California’s 48th District

Democrats in California’s 48th congressional district are stuck in a messy primary as Congressman Darrell Issa delivers commonsense wins. 

At least 11 Democrats are locked in a bruising battle, even as their own Democrat strategists warn that a messy, cash-burning primary will weaken their eventual nominee, drain resources, and lay bare deep fractures that threaten to undercut them in the midterms.
