NRCC Statement on TX-28

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) released the following statement on Texas’ 28th Congressional District primary election: 

“Self-serving career politician Henry Cuellar has spent decades protecting his own power, and this November, South Texans are going to end it. South Texas is done with politics as usual and is ready to replace Cuellar with Judge Tano Tijerina, who will secure the border, grow the economy, and fight for Texas’ hardworking families.” – NRCC Spokesman Christian Martinez
