NRCC Launches Ad Targeting Marcy Kaptur for Refusing to Stand for Americans

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) launched a paid advertising campaign targeting Marcy Kaptur and House Democrats for refusing to stand for American citizens.
