NRCC Launches Historic Battleground Polling Revealing House Democrats on Defense

WASHINGTON, D.C. – For the first time this cycle, the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) publicly released internal battleground polling in five highly competitive, offensive House districts across the country, offering an early snapshot of a favorable national political landscape for House Republicans and the growing problems confronting vulnerable House Democrats. 

The NRCC surveyed likely general election voters in ME-02, NC-01, NM-02, TX-34, and WA-03, all districts carried by President Trump in 2024.

All surveys show that thanks to strong Republican candidates backed by a cohesive recruitment effort spearheaded by the NRCC, record-breaking fundraising, President Trump’s decisive leadership, and a weak national Democrat brand, Republicans are in a strong position to defy history by holding and growing the House majority.
