Congresswoman Jen Kiggans and House Republicans secured a big win for Virginia families, passing legislation that safeguards federal child care funding from fraud and holds scammers accountable.

The bill ensures working families receive the benefits they deserve by implementing stricter reporting standards, increasing penalties on states and providers that misuse federal funding, and codifying fraud standards.
