NEW: Matt Dunlap-Backed Graham Platner is Accused of Sexual Assault

Matt Dunlap backed and has continued to proudly stand by Graham Platner. Today, a Maine woman came forward saying that Platner sexually assaulted her.

The woman bravely shared that Platner came over to her house “almost blackout drunk,” even after she had told him she didn’t want company. Then, he followed her into her bedroom and forced her to have sex with him, even though she “had been telling him these words, like: ‘No, don’t.'”

And this disqualifying behavior comes after months of other disturbing reports detailing Platner’s abusive treatment of women, fantasies of rape, and infidelity to his wife, just to name a few. Despite the pattern of horrifying behavior, Matt Dunlap has continued to stand by his side. 

Not only does Dunlap’s support for this obscene abuser prove that he’s morally bankrupt, but it’s also politically toxic, as polling shows Platner is 11 points underwater in ME-02.
