Tom Kean Jr. Pushes Healthcare Price Transparency, Democrats Say No

Tom Kean Jr. is fighting to bring price transparency to healthcare for every New Jersey patient.    

According to a 2024 poll by PatientRightsAdvocate.org, 92% of Americans support requiring hospitals and insurers to provide real prices upfront.

Despite that, every single Democrat on the committee failed to show up or support the commonsense legislation. While Kean Jr. and House Republicans fight to ensure every American has access to affordable, quality healthcare, Democrats are standing in the way.
