Thirteen days after FOX26 asked Socialist Randy Villegas why Visalia Unified rehired DeJaun Jones despite prior misconduct allegations, Villegas is still cowering from Central Valley parents.

Villegas has had nearly two weeks to provide one honest answer. Instead, he has delivered thirteen straight days of cowardly silence.
