Radical Democrat Gabe Vasquez is desperately trying to have it both ways on No Tax on Tips.

A new report reveals that after voting against the Republican legislation that enacted No Tax on Tips, Vasquez is now rushing to embrace the exact policy he voted against and hoping New Mexicans forget his record.
