A new report exposes out of touch Adam Gray for voting not once, but twice, to open California’s university system to Communist China by establishing the California-China Climate Institute and partnering with Tsinghua University.

Tsinghua is not some harmless foreign university. It is flagged by the Australian Strategic Policy Institute’s China Defense Universities Tracker for its involvement in defense research and dual-use technologies with potential military applications.
