Marie Gluesenkamp Perez’s “War” on Veterans

In 2023, out of touch Marie Gluesenkamp Perez voted against legislation that provided nearly $300 billion for the VA and fully funded veterans’ health care, benefits, and other critical programs, then faced voters and tried to explain away her indefensible record.

Perez dodged responsibility and claimed she was “going to war with the VA.”

Washington’s 3rd District is home to 52,990 veterans, they deserve more than empty theatrics from a politician who voted against funding their care.
