ICYMI: Chairman Hudson Remarks at GOP Midterm Convention
In case you missed it, last night NRCC Chairman Richard Hudson (R-NC) delivered remarks at the GOP Midterm Convention in Dallas, Texas.

Hello, fellow Republicans! It is GREAT to be in Dallas, Texas!
I’m Richard Hudson. I serve the people of North Carolina’s 9th District, home of Fort Bragg and the heroes of the Airborne & Special Forces.
Two years ago in Milwaukee, I asked you to return President Trump to the White House and told you House Republicans would work with him to save America from Joe Biden and the Democrats.
Remember what Democrat control brought us?
Record-high Biden inflation; everything costs too much.
Record-high gas prices, record crime, a wide-open border, millions coming across, and Biden gave them free travel to your community.
President Trump and House Republicans are fighting every day to make your life better.
That’s why this midterm is so important. The Democrats, the ones who broke it and who made your life harder. Have y’all heard their message?
Give them power because Republicans haven’t finished cleaning up their mess yet!
This election is a choice for a brighter future under Republicans or a return to the failed past under Democrats.
It’s a choice between common sense and crazy.
Do you want proof? Let’s go to Colorado 8.
Democrats nominated Manny Rutinel. Rutinel wants to end farming. End ranching. He wants to round up every cow in Colorado and put them in a zoo. Then he wants your kids eating a burger grown in a lab.
That’s CRAZY.
Think about the fourth-generation rancher in Greeley. Up before sunrise, working land her great-grandfather worked. Rutinel wants to SHUT THEM DOWN.
Congressman Gabe Evans, who flew Black Hawk helicopters and spent a decade as a cop, is focused on making life better for that rancher and her family.
In Michigan 7, Democrats nominated a SOCIALIST FELON, William Lawrence, who was endorsed by Bernie Sanders. He will raise your taxes, defund the police, and abolish prisons. Tell that to the nurse working the night shift in Lansing who just wants a cop to show up when she calls 911.
Republican Congressman Tom Barrett flew helicopters in combat for 22 years. He has spent his life making this country safer and stronger.
And in California 22, Democrat Randy Villegas thinks it’s fine for a boy pretending to be a girl to spike a volleyball into your daughter’s face. Tell that to a mom in Hanford who sees the value of sports for her daughter and just wants her to be safe.
Republican Congressman David Valadao is a common-sense farmer. He knows it is crazy to put men in girls’ locker rooms.
Lawrence. Rutinel. Villegas. Coast to coast, same party, same crazy.
And it’s not just Colorado, Michigan, and California. This is where their party is headed. This is the future they’re selling you.
President Trump’s vision versus Bernie Sanders’ vision. Common sense vs crazy.
To the American people. I know you are struggling. I know you are facing challenges.
But understand that the party of common sense, President Donald Trump and House Republicans, care about you, and we are fighting hard to make your life better.
The Democrats have nothing to offer you. They don’t care about you. Just look at their agenda:
Open borders. No prisons. Boys in girls’ sports. Higher taxes so you have less and the Government has more.
That’s crazy.
Choose common sense over crazy.
VOTE REPUBLICAN and let’s finish the job.
