Dems can’t afford their own hype

National Democrats spent months promising to expand the map. Now they’re ABANDONING long-shot districts like AZ-02, CO-03, FL-07, TN-05, and TX-23 as their big promises collide with an empty wallet.

As Axios reports, “Democrats’ ambitions of winning heavily Republican districts are running into the reality of finite resources at the end of a long and expensive midterm campaign.”

Perhaps this is why HMP is “begging” their donors for cash while the DCCC is publicly shaming their own members for not paying their dues.
