A native of Bakersfield, California, Pandol attended Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, graduating with dual degrees in Politics and Spanish. He has served in various communications roles on Capitol Hill, including as Press Secretary for Rep. Rick Crawford (AR-1) and as Communications Director for Reps. Bradley Byrne (AL-1) and Charles Boustany (LA-3). Pandol comes to the NRCC after serving as Communications Director for the Boustany for Senate campaign during the 2016 cycle.
